Preschool Fees from September 2023
Fees for the academic year commencing in September 2023 are as follows:

The fees cover the provision of care from 8am-6pm for a full day. The fees include the provision of freshly prepared hot lunch, snacks through the day, and a light tea after 4pm.

Registration Fee & Deposits
A non-returnable registration fee payment of £150 is due when a pupil’s name is entered to the College. An acceptance deposit is then required for all pupils, except those moving from Clifton College Pre-Prep to Prep School or Prep to Upper School. The College reserves the right to charge an Additional Deposit for pupils whose normal residence is outside the United Kingdom.

The repayment of deposits is linked to the settlement of final fee invoices upon the departure of the pupil from Clifton College. Parents are welcome to gift the deposit to the College when a pupil leaves.
Breakfast Provision
An additional breakfast provision is available from 7:30am, which is charged at £6 per day and must be booked in advance with the nursery team.
Holiday Provision

Reduction for Siblings
A reduction of the net school fee is currently offered to parents who have two children or more at the College from Reception onwards. The reductions, which are applied to the younger children, are 5% for the second child, 20% for the third child and 50% for the fourth and any subsequent children whilst they all simultaneously attend the School. This discount remains the subject of annual review.
Childcare Vouchers & Tax Free Childcare
The College accepts payment against qualifying fees by childcare vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare. The College does not participate in the government 15/30 hours of free childcare.
Fees in Advance Scheme
The College operates a scheme whereby, in return for a lump sum payment, the College offers a credit to be applied against each term’s fee invoice for a set number of terms. Further information is available from the Fees team upon request.
Notice of Withdrawal of a Pupil or Change of Status
In accordance with the College’s terms and conditions, a full term’s notice must be given in writing if you wish to withdraw your child from the College. Failing such notice, a full term’s fees will be charged.
Payment of College Accounts
School fees are billed in advance and invoices must be paid prior to the start of term. All other supplemental charges are billed in arrears and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Trips and educational visits are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Optional Fee Protection Insurance
We have linked with Endsleigh Insurance to provide optional school fee protection cover. This will enable you to reclaim the cost of unused fees and provides protection, if your child is off from school for a long period of time. Please contact the Fees team for more information.
Holiday Club
Outside of term time we also have a fantastic Minis’ Club. The typical Minis’ Club day includes a wide variety of activities for 3–4 year olds based in the Clifton College Preschool enjoy. Throughout our programme we promote self expression, confidence building and, of course, fun by offering as much choice as possible.
