We want your child to feel happy and secure at all times in our Preschool. Our dedicated and highly trained staff will be pleased to meet with you to discuss progress and answer queries at any time. Each child has their own key person, who is responsible for their care on a daily basis.Children thrive when their needs are met by special people they know, trust and respect. We promise to provide a warm and loving environment, allowing your child to explore the world around them with curiosity and individuality.
Nursery opens every day from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
The Preschool Routine (3-4)
This timetable represents a general day in the Nursery for 3-4 year olds and is a guide only. Timetables differ slightly and exact timings will depend on the individual child and their routine.

Settling in
We aim to make starting Nursery as smooth as possible for the children and parents alike. We offer a tailored settling in plan for each individual, where parents can spend time with their child in the Preschool. We will work with you to establish the best approach for you and your child.
Rest
An afternoon sleep time is available for individual children, you just need to let us know what your child needs.
Toileting
Many of the children wear nappies and we work with parents to help support individuals with toilet training when appropriate. We see toilet training as a self-care skill that children will have the opportunity to learn with the full support of adults.
Keeping you informed
Each week parents will receive a newsletter that highlights activities the children have enjoyed, from special story times to trips to Forest School. Parents also have access to the Interactive Learning Diary, where they can log in securely to see their child’s achievements and progress.
