Head of Netball
We are looking for a skilled and experienced lead for our netball programme, with the passion and enthusiasm to drive forwards the College’s achievements in the sport. The ideal candidate will bring personal experience of playing super league or international level, combined with a strong interest in sharing their skills and knowledge with the next generation of players. They will have experience of coaching, excellent organisation skills, a flexible attitude, good humour and a real willingness to be part of College life. Key objectives include:
- Supporting the development of netball across the College from the Pre-prep through to the Upper School.
- Netball for all – an enjoyable and accessible game that develops the whole person. An adaptable programme that caters for those performing at the top level and those new to the game.
- Lead a programme where Clifton College is consistently performing as one of the top schools in the South West of England.

Residential School Nurse
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, forward thinking individual to fulfil the role of Residential School Nurse. The post holder will be required to work in partnership with pupils, parents, school personnel, school doctors, sport medics, counsellors, pastoral leads and other appropriate agencies to carry out Health Surveillance, health promotion and relevant public health initiatives. You will use research based practice to plan, deliver and evaluate care and treatment for pupils in the school and houses.

Bristol Education Partnership Manager
Bristol Education Partnership (BEP) is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the Partnership’s work to tackle disadvantage, raise aspirations and broaden the educational experience of young people in partner schools.
The partnership was set up in 2019 and after a successful first five years, we are looking for someone with energy and ideas to lead the next stage of development; someone with a background in education, with experience of developing and leading inspiring projects and of working with a wide range of partners from across the community.
The Partnership is held by, and the postholder will be employed by, Bristol Charities. Bristol Charities is a local charitable group with a rich history, having supported the people of Bristol for over 600 years through Housing, Grants, Education, and Community Projects. We are now entering into a new phase of the charity that will focus on impacting long term and sustainable transformation across the city, which includes the work of the BEP, and you would be joining both the BEP and Bristol Charities at an exciting time of development.

Admissions Officer - ELC
We are looking for an organised and friendly Admissions Officer to join ELC (part of the Clifton College Education Group). ELC Bristol (https://elcbristol.co.uk/) is an English Language School specialising in teaching English as a foreign language, located in Clifton on the Clifton College campus.
The role of Admissions Officer is to support the Registrar in enrolling students to the school, dealing with enquires from students and stakeholders and assisting the team with the smooth running of the office. This is a varied and interesting role in an often fast-paced and busy environment. You should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong IT skills and a great attention to detail.
Due to the varied nature of the role you may be asked to take on additional tasks however the main aspects of the role are:
- Front of House / Reception
- Working with the Registrar to enrol students to the school (including producing visa letters and invoicing)
- Responding to enquiries from students and stakeholders
- Assisting students with booking appointments
- Inputting data to our database
Full training will be offered and we don’t require specific experience in an educational or administrative environment, although these might prove helpful. Due to the customer service aspect of the role, the ideal candidate will be personable, enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working.
The salary for this position is £24,000-£25,000 dependent on experience.

Gap Assistant (Placement Year)
Clifton College is seeking Gap Assistants to join our Pre-Preparatory school from September 2024!

Director of Development
The Clifton College Education Group comprises the College, Tockington Manor School and the English Language Centre (Bristol). Lifeguard (part-time)
We are looking for part-time Lifeguards to join our team at Clifton College Sports Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for the safety of our pool users whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient running of swimming sessions for our members, the school and holiday club and activity courses. Working amongst a team of friendly and well-motivated staff we are looking for a responsible, knowledgeable and customer-driven lifeguard who is a confident swimmer and communicator. Applicants must hold a current Level 2 Lifeguarding qualification.
This is a part-time, permanent role working either of the below days/times:
- Monday 06:15 – 08:30
- Tuesday 06:15 – 08:30
- Friday 06:15 – 08:30
- Sunday 07:45 – 13:00
- Sunday 16:00 – 20:45

This role involves working as part of a team of Porters under the supervision of the Assistant Estates Manager, the porter will be required to handle a variety of tasks including Porter and security duties throughout the College.
