We are looking for a Strength and Conditioning Coach to join the Sports Department for the 2021-22 academic year. This is a part time (term time), 1-year contract position which includes some early morning and evening work. The successful applicant will be passionate about sport and athletic development, a team player and is someone who is pursuing a career in S&C, or related Sports Science discipline. Candidates will have strong communication skills and organisational skills, as well as excellent admin and IT skills with a keen eye for detail. They will work across all sports offered at Clifton from individual to team. A large part of the role will be to work within the College’s Performance Sports Programme helping to physically develop our top athletes. This will also mean closely working, liaising and strengthening relationships with elite pathways from academies to regional and national youth coaches. The rate of pay is £12,100 per annum.

We are seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the day to day management of the sports facilities at a busy site used by the College and the wider community. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Educational Psychologist to replace the incumbent who is moving overseas to work as a school psychologist in the international sector. The role will involve: regularly assessing pupils and completing formal reports; carrying out therapeutic 1:1 work with pupils; liaising with staff, parents, pupils and external professionals; overseeing pupils with SEMH concerns; carrying out DSA paperwork, as necessary; and offering INSET training.  

The successful applicant will have current HCPC accreditation and keep up to date with relevant research, CPD and issues in Educational Psychology in accordance with HCPC standards. 

Whilst this is a non-teaching role, applications from teachers who meet the role requirements will be welcomed. In all instances a willingness to contribute to co-curricular and tutoring roles in the Upper School would be a bonus. There will be flexibility in the type of contract offered depending on the agreed nature of involvement in the College of the successful applicant. We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Ledger Controller to join our vibrant and busy finance team. You will be responsible for the termly billing processes for our 1200 pupils, ensuring that parents receive their bills on time and with a very high degree of accuracy. You will work to solve queries and questions on invoices, manage payments, direct debits and arrangements to pay fees in advance, as well as working with those customers who have outstanding debts. The management and housekeeping of the sales ledger will be your responsibility, ensuring that the Operations Manager and Finance Director have a clear understanding of the debt and cash collection picture at any time. You will also support in recording and processing charges for additional services and support non-fee invoicing where required.

The Sales Ledger Controller is part of the 10 strong finance team, who work in a collaborative way to problem solve, ensuring they provide the best service to the parents and wider school staff. The ideal applicant will be an experienced Sales Ledger Controller with proven exceptional customer service, strong excel skills (pivots/macros etc) and have great attention to detail. They will be able to prioritise and problem solve and take ownership for their own roles and responsibilities.
