We are looking for new lifeguards to join our team at Clifton College Sports Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for the safety of our pool users whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient running of swim sessions for our members and the school, holiday club and activity courses.

Working amongst a team of friendly and well-motivated staff we are looking for responsible, knowledgeable and customer-driven lifeguards who are confident swimmers and communicators.

Hours of work available: Thursday: 06:15-08:30 and 14:00-17:00, Friday: 17.00- 22:00, and Sunday: 07:45-13:00 and 16:00 – 20:00. The rate of pay is £8.00-£8.91 per hour.

We are looking for energetic and self motivated fitness class instructors to work within the sports centre and group fitness studio. Instructors will need to have the ability, experience and qualifications to deliver a variety of classes that engage and meet the needs of our varied customer base. Indoor Cycling and Kettlebell classes are our current primary offerings, but with demand building the portfolio of classes will widen. Successful instructors will be available to deliver classes at varying times over 7 days a week. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Educational Psychologist to replace the incumbent who is moving overseas to work as a school psychologist in the international sector. The role will involve: regularly assessing pupils and completing formal reports; carrying out therapeutic 1:1 work with pupils; liaising with staff, parents, pupils and external professionals; overseeing pupils with SEMH concerns; carrying out DSA paperwork, as necessary; and offering INSET training.

The successful applicant will have current HCPC accreditation and keep up to date with relevant research, CPD and issues in Educational Psychology in accordance with HCPC standards.

A willingness to contribute to co-curricular and tutoring roles in the Upper School would be a bonus. There will be flexibility in the type of contract offered depending on the agreed nature of involvement in the College of the successful applicant. The role may include a small proportion of the week spent working with the Preparatory School.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills; can build strong relationships with pupils and staff; is flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic; and who is able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Clifton College has a strong reputation for Learning Support and offers students support in both group and individual lessons. Clifton College Holiday Club operates during each school holiday. We are looking for individuals with proven leadership abilities in sport/drama/arts & crafts activities to assist the management team in delivering our annual programme.

Holiday Club Coordinators are responsible for planning, organising and delivering the daily programmes for the age setting they are working in. Candidates must have knowledge and experience of running Play opportunities for children.

You should be well organised and able to work in a large, fast-paced and often challenging Holiday Club environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work well as part of a team, calmly, with energy and a sense of humour.

Applicants must have experience of delivering group activities for children. We are looking for individuals who are excellent role models for young children and can show initiative under pressure and bring enthusiasm to our team and the programme. Applicants must have experience of supervising colleagues as part of a staff team.

The Database and Annual Campaign Administrator is a tremendously important Member of the Development Office Team. The incumbent will be responsible for database management and tracking of all College constituents.
