A Bank Matron is required to work in the Upper School Houses on a casual, as and when basis.

A clear understanding of the pastoral needs of young people is essential, as is an awareness of the demands of a busy boarding and day school where flexibility, resilience and commitment are required.

The main function of this post is to be an adult presence in the House and to be responsible for the safeguarding, welfare and security of pupils by assisting the Housemaster/ Housemistress (HoM) and their team in the supervision of the health and welfare of the pupils and their ‘House’, the physical building within which they live. The appointed person may be asked to work at short notice to cover matron absence in a house. Therefore, availability and flexibility to work across all 12 houses is a key requirement of the role.

Salary: £10.59 per hour.

We are looking for new lifeguards to join our team at Clifton College Sports Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for the safety of our pool users whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient running of swim sessions for our members and the school, holiday club and activity courses.

Working amongst a team of friendly and well-motivated staff we are looking for responsible, knowledgeable and customer-driven lifeguards who are confident swimmers and communicators.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sports Centre Duty Manager to join us on a permanent basis, to support and develop the operations of the dual usage Sports Centre (supporting pupils across Clifton College and as a commercial fitness facility).

We are a small and motivated team, working in a busy and varied setting. You will have previous experience within a similar sport and leisure environment, delivering excellent customer support and delivering membership sales.
