Annual House Cup Run

Thursday 18th March saw the annual House Cup Run held at the school’s sports field at BB. Whilst the prospect of a cross country run might not have been on the top of our pupils’ list for their return to school, the afternoon left many admitting that it was “actually alright”. In fact, the beautifully sunny afternoon was the perfect backdrop for an event that took on extra poignancy due to the recent restrictions.
It was perhaps the largest school event of the academic year thus far in terms of numbers as all the Houses and staff participated, whilst adhering to the Covid restrictions. Overall, it was an event made for the moment and we all left with smiles, bundles of positivity and chocolate rewards!
