OC Tom (OH 1982) is a consultant in the financial sector, specialising in asset allocation advice for multi-asset funds. He worked for 18 years at JP Morgan Asset Management, first as head of report writing in the marketing team. From 2006 he built the global markets strategy desk in London, with responsibility for U.K, Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East clients. He left in 2013 as an executive director. Tom is a visiting lecturer in the Political Economy department, at Kings College, London, focusing on monetary economics and banking.
Tom is a third-generation Cliftonian, with an undergraduate degree in History from Sussex University and a Masters degree in Economic History from the LSE.
