Giles and the founding team launched Brandwatch in August 2007, and it has since grown to become one of the world’s leading enterprise social intelligence companies, with thousands of clients including a third of the Fortune 100. Giles regularly speaks at social media conferences and serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for Sussex University as well as the Social Media Committee for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
