In November the Clifton College Development Trust attempted something that has not been done before - a fundraiser in the Capital.
Held at The Mall Galleries - an innovative venue twixt Admiralty Arch and Buckingham Palace.
124 OCs and their guests attended a black tie dinner with the purpose of raising funds for bursary support for talented pupils.
The evening was a resounding success, not only by raising in excess of £80,000 but also in engaging with many key OCs.
The event created an opportunity for old friends to catch up and to really bring out the spirit of fundraising, which included; ‘Heads and Tails’ where guests had to guess answers to questions about the College, a silent (iPad) auction which ran throughout the evening offering a sparkling variety of unique lots kindly donated by OCs - many of which money could not buy, finishing with the last five star lots being auctioned live.
