Our facilities are first rate and are designed to help your child find and develop their passion, whether that is on the sporting field, on stage, or anywhere in-between.
Outdoor education is an essential part of the Clifton College Nursery experience. Once a week our Nursery children visit our very own Forest School at our large woodland and meadow area at Beggar's Bush. Children learn to appreciate the natural world and discover new environments that inspire creativity, social interaction and most importantly they have fun!
Dedicated Nursery and Early Years Playground
Our Nursery benefits from a dedicated play area packed with sensory activity stations and learning challenges as well as exciting playground equipment. For wet days, there is also a fantastic indoor play area with climbing frames and slides.
Music and Art
Our children are able to explore and play whilst having the opportunity to express their own thoughts and ideas. We have a specialist music teacher who takes the children for lots of exciting music and movement classes including 'music in the forest', a real favourite.
We are one of the few nurseries with a dedicated library run by a school librarian. We organise regular author and illustrator visits and there is a special magic in the air when our children meet someone who has created a book they love.
Every September, we hold our annual Book Week; a celebration of reading, sharing stories and talking about the books we love.
