Clifton College Preparatory School offers wrap around care from the age of 2 to 13 years offering early drop-offs and late pick-ups to help busy families.
The school day starts at 8:30 am, although parents may drop their child off from 8:00 am. Lessons finish at 4:05 pm.
After lessons finish, day pupils can be collected if they have no after-school activities or sporting commitments; or they can go back to their House, where they can complete prep and have tea. Parents can then collect them any time before 7:00 pm.
This flexible approach is important. Many day children occasionally board, and the school's flexible approach to this meets the needs of increasingly busy parents and helps enhance the 24-hour care ethos in which we all take pride. Whether it be full or weekly-boarding, or just a 'sleep-over', all involved have one thing in common - they have great fun!
Holiday courses are run at an additional cost by Clifton College Services Ltd.

We are delighted to offer an extensive programme of exciting, challenging and fun courses providing a chance to try something new or enjoy a regular favourite.
We feel it is important to provide some extra courses for 5–7 year olds in order to follow our philosophy of personal development, learning and fun. We generally offer half-day courses during the main holidays, designed as ‘tasters’ to give younger children an introduction to the focus of individual activities.
For 8-13 year old children, we offer a wide range of activity courses. Grouped under Adventure, Creative and Sport, each holiday offers a differing range of opportunities, all led by professional tutors, coaches and instructors.
