Heads of School Attend Annual Conference at Wells Cathedral School

On Friday 25th September 2026, our Heads of School and Praeps attended the annual Heads of School Conference hosted at Cedars Hall, Wells Cathedral School.

Rules, values, and responsibilities were at the forefront of the engaging day-long event, which provided our student leaders with valuable opportunities to develop essential skills and collaborate with peers from other schools.

Throughout the day, pupils participated in dynamic workshops covering practical team working, public speaking and communication through drama-led sessions, and the nuanced aspects of their student leadership roles. They also tackled managing difficult scenarios, explored welfare and safeguarding, and exchanged perspectives during round-table discussions over lunch.

The conference concluded with an inspiring keynote address and an interactive Q&A session, leaving our pupils motivated and equipped to lead our school community with confidence and integrity throughout the academic year ahead.
