Kendrew Society Dinner 2026

The annual Kendrew Society Dinner, which celebrates the successes and achievements of all our Sixth Form Scholars (Academic, Art, Drama, Music, Performing Arts, Sport), was held on Friday 1st May in the glorious surroundings of BSK.

The theme for this year’s dinner was ‘passing on the torch’ whereby our outgoing Year 13 pupils passed on their wisdom to the Year 12s.

After the Scholars’ Grace was recited by Ben R. (in Latin, of course!), Libby L. and Fergus B. gave heart-warming speeches about both the privileges and responsibilities of their time being a scholar at Clifton.

All guests were then asked to pass on their own ‘torch’ by way of a handwritten anonymous letter containing advice for our Year 9, 10 and 11 scholars.

It was a thoroughly edifying, enjoyable and entertaining evening, and a fitting celebration of everything our scholars have achieved this year!
