Clifton College hosts event for aspiring medics in Bristol

Last Saturday, Clifton College hosted a mock MMI (Multiple Mini Interview) event to widen access for aspiring Year 13 medics in Bristol. As part of our work with the Bristol Education Partnership, we welcomed students from Cotham School and St Brendan’s Sixth Form College, alongside students from Montpelier High School.

This event was held to give students from all backgrounds the chance to practise for this crucial stage of the medical school application process.  Over two hours, candidates rotated through a series of short stations assessing skills such as communication, ethics, motivation, teamwork and NHS knowledge.

We are very grateful to our interview panel, drawn entirely from our extended Clifton College community, including OCs, whose expertise and encouragement made the experience possible.
