New Podcast Series Connects Sixth Formers with Old Cliftonian Success Stories

Navigating the transition from the College to the vast possibilities of university, travel and professional life is a monumental milestone for any Cliftonian. To support our Sixth Form pupils through this journey, we are pleased to launch Clifton Conversations, a new podcast series designed to bridge the gap between education and the wider world. We are bringing the diverse experiences and wisdom of our alumni directly to our pupils via the dedicated Clifton Futures portal. 

We are incredibly fortunate to have the series hosted by Simon Brewer (ET 1981), an Old Cliftonian and host of the popular The Money Maze podcast. Simon brings his professional interviewing expertise, guiding deep and insightful conversations with a lineup of notable OCs who have navigated vastly different professional landscapes. Pupils will hear from broadcasting legend John Inverdale (ET 1975), global commodities expert Richard Holtum (ET 2003), and entrepreneur Jonathan Glassberg (PH 1983).

Hearing firsthand accounts from OCs who were once sitting in the same seats they are now makes the real world feel much more tangible. It helps them understand that while the journey ahead is big, it is also full of incredible opportunities." 

This project is a symbol of the enduring connection between the Old Cliftonian community and the College.
