A gorgeous afternoon for this year's PENS

Yesterday, we were lucky enough to have a dry and rather pleasant afternoon for our annual PENS cross country event.

Our Upper School students gathered at Bristol Cathedral School's playing fields in the sunshine, before the long, middle and short pen races set off in staggered times from the field's starting line.

The students embarked on an up to 10k cross country race, which led them through the hilly grounds of Ashton Court Estate and then back up to the playing fields which they first started. Here, they were met by the finish line and a big cheer from the crowd of supporters.

All of our students did fantastically in their races and we are delighted to announce the following winners.

Long pen

1st boy: Issac Williams
1st girl: Isabel Leeming

Middle pen

1st boy: Alistair Fletcher
1st girl: Bunny Cordeaux

Short pen

1st boy: Tom Murray
1st girl: Jemima Young

A big well done to everyone involved.
