Clifton College Pre-Preparatory children were proud to be a part of the Sing! Sing! Sing! music event at Colston Hall on Tuesday morning.

Thousands of children from schools all over Bristol filled the theatre with their amazing voices. It was certainly a loud and energetic performance which put everyone in a fantastic mood!

The event was as part of the Sounds Inspiring Festival and was organised by Bristol Plays Music to give the children a chance to all sing together at Colston Hall before it closes for its transformation in June 2018.

The theme was 'Feeling Good' and the children learnt seven new songs to perform at the event including Sing a little song, Spread a little happiness and Bob Marley’s Three Little Birds.

CBBC presenter Naomi Wilkinson was there to help host the event and walked around the hall to sing with the children.

Pip Gillam, Head of Pre-Preparatory Music, said: "It was a huge privilege to sing in the Colston Hall as part of such a large choir of around 1200 children from schools across the city. I am so proud of our children who sang their hearts out. Added to their usual enthusiasm was the awe and wonder of singing in such a special place.”
