Well done to the Old Cliftonians and the Clifton College 1st XI hockey team who both played brilliantly at the Ryan Bresnahan memorial match last Friday.
The Clifton pupils managed to win back the Ryan Bresnahan Trophy from the OCs after six years with a score of 2-1.
Everyone enjoyed the evening and all proceeds went to A Life for a Cure (Ryan Bresnahan’s Meningitis Appeal) which raises funds for meningitis research and awareness.
Michelle Bresnahan said: "It was a very well matched game and played with great spirit and warmth as always; despite it being a very chilly evening. Hard to put into words how much this event means to Ryan’s family."
