Joint Schools Concert-04-17

We were delighted to host the Christ Church Primary School at the Joint Schools Concert, for the second year running, with performances from children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 from both Clifton College and Christ Church Primary.

The College’s facilities provide the perfect opportunity for pupils to develop their musical skills and talents, using our Recital Hall and fully equipped recording studios. The Chapel was the perfect setting for the occasion and the pupils sang out to the roof tops.

The children had been practising together in the weeks running up to the event, developing both friendships and their musical skills. They showcased their teamwork and talents by performing some of their favourite pop songs and famous songs from musical theatre.

Our soloists were very impressive and there wasn’t a dry eye in the audience! Well done to all of them for performing to a crowd of approximately 250 people.

We are very grateful to music teachers Anna Louise Moorman and Angela Kewley for their dedication and inspiration and we already look forward to next year’s event!
