The children showed their families and friends all the hard work they have put in this year at Celebration Day and it was a huge success.
Parents were treated to fantastic displays in each classroom which gave children the opportunity to show off what they have been learning about this year. There were also dance performances, a karate show, maypole dances and breath-taking orchestra performance.
Jo Newman, Headmistress of the Pre-Preparatory School, said: “It was so lovely for the children’s families to have an insight into their child’s school life and experience the fantastic work they do every day. The performances really highlighted the diverse range of talents these children have – we are all very proud of them.”
The morning finished with speeches from Richard Morgan, Jo Newman, John Milne and also two Clifton College ‘lifers’; James and Lottie who have been through the college since Nursery yeargroups and wanted to share their experience.
James Heald, an Upper Sixth Former, said: “I can say that my confidence has built up only through a constant environment of fun, rigorous learning and support from the staff and pupils alike. I have developed into the best version of me that I could ever have become.”
