Freckles Childcare to run children’s emotional wellbeing talks at Clifton College

Childcare organisation Freckles will be running a series of talks at Clifton College addressing emotional wellbeing and resilience in children.

Hosted by the College over three separate events, the talks feature expert guest speakers and are open to anyone interested in gaining a better understanding of emotional intelligence, mental health and practical tools to use in daily life. More information on the events can be found below.

Dr Maryhan Baker – Identifying Anxiety in Children

This talk will help parents gain a better understanding of how typical worries manifest themselves in children, and when parents ought to be concerned. The talk will also provide some effective strategies to support a child who worries.

Date: Thursday 17 November
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Venue: Clifton College Preparatory School, Bristol
