From 8-15 August, Clifton College took the Edinburgh Festival Fringe by storm, bringing a fast-paced, inventive production of The 39 Steps (Abridged) to theSpace Triplex.

We were delighted to extend huge congratulations to all pupils receiving their GCSE results today. It was an excellent set of achievements and a morning full of celebration.

The OC cricket team secured a dramatic victory in the 2026 Cricketer Cup final, beating Old Malvernians in a super over following a tie at Arundel Castle Cricket Club on Sunday 9th August.

At Clifton College, every year is a year of reading - and this year, the College is proud to align its work with the National Year of Reading, a nationwide initiative led by the Department for Education and the National Literacy Trust.

The Year 9 enrichment trip to Tignes returned for a third year, designed to prepare pupils for the start of their GCSE studies next term.

Congratulations to our Year 13 pupil who has been awarded a Bulkeley-Evans HMC Scholarship worth £600, supporting her upcoming gap year volunteering placement in Kenya. The award recognises her commitment to service and will help fund a term of community-focused work in Nairobi.

The boys' and girls' U19 tennis teams reached the National Finals of the Glanvill and Aberdare U19 Cups, with the girls' team finishing an incredible 2nd in the country. The girls then went onto claim victory at the prestigious Independent Schools Tennis Association Championships, earning well‑deserved recognition for their skill and determination, and showcasing the strength of Clifton College's tennis programme.

Clifton College continues to strengthen its global outlook, with an increasing number of pupils choosing to pursue higher education overseas.
