With its timeless backdrop, the College is an ideal location for various film and TV productions, and we are fully equipped to meet all your requirements.

Our popular locations include stunning building exteriors, the historic library, the cherished Chapel, and expansive grounds. With approximately 60 buildings, we offer a diverse range of settings, from sports facilities to subject-specific classrooms, workshops, and accommodation.

With our extensive experience accommodating large crews on-site, we are able to anticipate your requirements and deliver the space and access you need. Our committed on-site team will be available every moment that you are on site, ensuring a seamless and efficient filming operation. We take pride in our dedicated location support, with amenities available such as green rooms, smoke detection management for haze, and extensive crew welfare facilities. Our team is ready to partner with your locations department for a successful shoot.

Boarding and training facilities

Nestled in the heart of Bristol’s picturesque Clifton suburb, Clifton College provides a unique and historic setting for residential schools and educational programs.

With state-of-the-art teaching departments, secure recreational areas, and a 90-acre sports complex, the College offers students and educational partners the perfect environment to learn, explore, and develop in a beautiful and inspiring space.

Boarding Houses

Our campus is home to eight unique boarding houses, offering a variety of accommodation options from single and double rooms to dormitory-style rooms for up to six students. Each house includes communal areas and kitchens, designed to encourage social connections and the development of independent living skills.

Learning spaces

Clifton College is proud to provide beautiful and inspiring learning environments for both students and teachers. Across the campus, a variety of teaching spaces support an array of courses, from modern laboratories and specialist workshops to quiet study areas designed for focused learning.

Sports and recreational spaces

Clifton College offers an exceptional range of sporting facilities across the campus. Our main site is home to tennis courts, indoor gymnasiums, a rackets court, a 25-metre swimming pool and our historic cricket close, providing an outstanding environment for sport and activity.

Across the Clifton Suspension Bridge lies the impressive Chelleram Sports Complex. Set within 90 acres of purpose-built pitches, the complex offers expansive outdoor space and is home to our activity centre, where a variety of adventure and team-building sessions take place.
